The idea behind
Stairwell lighting that is more convenient for tenants and saves a lot of energy
In many stairwells around the world, light is still switched on and off using push-button switches. As a result, the light is often left on even though it is not needed. What's more, the stairwell heats up due to the long operating times of the old luminaires. With the new R series, we have created a sensor-controlled lighting solution for stairwells and adjoining rooms. The background lighting creates a great atmosphere at dusk. As soon as people are present, 80% of the maximum light output is enough to illuminate the floors. Grouping the lights and defining the secondary groups creates a continuous light pattern along the staircase.

Overview
Regular investments in residential complexes also affect the lighting.
In recent years, the topic of lighting has become increasingly important in the renovation or maintenance of residential complexes. Our distribution partner in Switzerland (nevalux) has built up a great relationship with ASIG. The enormous savings of up to 90% of energy costs, as well as the higher comfort for the tenants through swarm intelligence, have impressed ASIG.

Potential savings with added comfort
The individual light modes provide more comfort and can be individually adapted to your needs. The leading light (swarm intelligence) also ensures that you no longer have to enter dark areas, thus creating a sense of security.

Bluetooth Mesh - pioneering technology
The new Bluetooth Mesh technology opens up a whole new range of networking possibilities. The Bluetooth we use meets the specifications of the Bluetooth SIG standard and is therefore future-proof.

Always works and is always clean.
Thanks to the use of high-quality LEDs, the caretaker no longer has to check whether all the lights are working. The integrated sensor also means that no further maintenance of another component is necessary. In addition, there are no lampshades to clean, as insects cannot get into the lights. This enormous time saving means that the caretaker can devote more of his time to the actual needs of the residential complex and its tenants.
